Glendale – On December 1st, 2017 the Armenian Youth Federation Glendale “Roupen” Chapter celebrated its 40th Anniversary at the Glendale Youth Center. ANCA Glendale Chairman Artin Manukian congratulated the chapter on their remarkable achievements over the years and presented them with certificates of recognition from the offices of Congressman Adam Schiff and Senator Anthony Portantino. Glendale City Clerk Ardy Kassakhian congratulated the chapter as well, and presented them with a Certificate of Recognition from Glendale City Mayor.
