City Accepting Applications for Affordable Housing Lottery

Glendale, CA – The City of Glendale is accepting applications for an affordable housing lottery until November 27. Thirty-one affordable housing are available. The units are spread out across five locations in the City. Twelve very low income units are available at The Link at 3901 – 3915 San Fernando Rd. Five very low income units are available at 507 – 525 W Colorado St. Another eight very low income units are available 515 W Broadway. Five more very low income units are available at 1407 W Glenoaks Blvd. One low income unit is available at 518 Glenwood Rd. Glendale to Open Lottery Application for 31 Affordable Housing Units

Glendale, CA – On Tuesday, October 23, the City of Glendale announced a multi-project affordable rental housing lottery for 31 affordable units in Glendale. Five project sites are included in this lottery. Twelve very low income units are available at The Link at 3901 – 3915 San Fernando Rd. Five very low income units are available at 507 – 525 W Colorado St. Another eight very low income units are available 515 W Broadway. Exercise Your Right to Vote and Party

  Glendale, CA – On November 6, 2018, the Armenian National Committee of America’s Professional Network in collaboration with the Armenian National Committee of America – Glendale Chapter will be organizing an Election Night Watch Party for the mid-term elections.   The watch party will be taking place at the Glendale Youth Center (211 W. Chestnut St., Glendale, 92104) beginning at 6:30 pm. Polls will be closing at 8 pm that day. As a reminder, polls will open at 7am and close at 8pm in California. ANCA-Glendale Endorses Measure S

  GLENDALE, CA – After careful consideration and meetings organized with various members of the Glendale City Council and city staff, the Armenian National Committee of America – Glendale Chapter on Friday announced its endorsement of the Glendale Quality of Life & Essential Services Protection Measure, also known as Measure S. Measure S was unanimously voted by Glendale City Council on July 17, 2018 to be on the November 6 ballot. If approved, Measure S would enact a 0.75% local sales tax, which would generate approximately $30 million each year in dedicated, local, City-administered funds.
